Students
Articling students at Embry Dann are introduced to all aspects of trial and appellate practice, including case and witness preparation, disclosure review, drafting of facta and preparation of legal research memoranda. Students regularly attend routine court appearances on their own and attend trials and appeals with lawyers.
Prospective students need a strong academic background, a passion for criminal law and an ability to work effectively within a team. A fondness for hard work, late nights, fast food, and binding machines is a must.
Interested students should send their curriculum vitae, academic transcripts and a writing sample to: edann@edlaw.ca. We observe the Articling Recruitment Procedures prescribed by the Law Society of Ontario.
